I called at 1115 on a Monday night to get a tow for my dad's Malibu. To make a long story short after waiting 3 1/2 hours at my dad's job the tow truck driver never showed and couldn't be found so we cancelled the call. The next day I called AAA again and this time I drove from our house to my dad's job to meet Eric. He was there and he did an awesome job. He was very friendly and professional. As long as they keep people like him around I won't mind using their service

Was on time. Professional service without foul language or rude behavior some other places have. Brice is a very good driver and nice guy. Also showed no doubts on how to do his job. My vehicle broke down over 100 miles from home late at night. Was great to have good conversation, swift and safe transportation home.

We used Elite towing to tow my husband’s sports car when it broke down. We placed the keys under the mat, called Chris and he was there quickly. When he got there, we were out to dinner to try and get our minds off our awful mood from his car breaking down. He called us and let us know our keys were somehow locked in the car. He was VERY patient, and waited while we packed up our dinner and drove from Cranberry back to Butler to retrieve the spare key, and then back to Cranberry to meet Chris. When we arrived, he was as sweet as could be and very friendly. He worked quickly to get the car loaded

Had to use Elite to have an emergency tow. It was late in the evening and after hours of both Elite and myself fight with my insurances roadside assistance service. They were friendly and kept me up to date on the status. Once the insurance company finally assigned the request to them, they came quick and took my car to my preferred location. While I hope I don’t need my car towed again, I would definitely use and recommend them for any emergencies.

Elite saved the day! Came across a young girl stranded on busy windy Franklin Road in Cranberry Township. Called Elite and within an hour we were towed to body shop in Zelionople. While putting the vehicle on the flatbed, Bryce from Elite showed genuine care when he asked the girl and I to get in my vehicle as he did not want us to be in harms way. Super nice and super professional and so glad all ended well! Thank you

My car broke down, I called AAA, and I don't think I gave very clear directions as to my location. The tow person, William, saw a car matching what he saw on his way to the location, called me and found me faster than any time I've ever needed a tow before, even with the bad directions. Not that I like needing to be towed, but this was by far my best experience with anything like this. *I should note, that my experience was in OH, so I'm only mostly sure I got the right Elite Towing. :)* But the Elite that towed me was really good.
