Very disorganized and were overcharged by nearly $800. Emailed three times after seeing the charges that went through and they won't respond to our emails inquiring about the overcharge.
We booked TWO cars for the day at an hourly rate, as we had two groups - one going to NASCAR and the other with plans booked out all day. After dropping off our second group at NASCAR, the driver said he couldn't do hourly and had to leave. This changed the terms to a drop off, not an hourly rate, as ALL they did was drop them off at the track and abandon them. They were booked to wait there and

Our team was visiting Austin for a business trip and unfortunately had our usual car service cancel on us. A trusted source recommended Echelon and now we have nothing but nice things to say!

Simply the best for business or personal car services for meetings, events, airport rides: whatever! Although based in Austin, they have been competitive & able to help me set up the same professional quality rides in other Texas cities - talk about service - and I'm west coast based. In 2018 a professional coordinator has several choices when looking for in town transportation for their meeting attendees. They can use Uber which is fairly unreliable they can try most local car services that are a hodgepodge of loosely collected drivers or you can call ECHELON LIMO and have a truly responsible

I set up 15 different airport runs with Echelon over the past 4 days for an event I was helping to coordinate in Austin. I'm not from the area and had never used them before but any expectation I could have had for professional, prompt, helpful service was exceeded.
