Originally from Southern California, I have been an Arizona resident since 2004 and love everything about the Phoenix area - even the heat! As much as I love the ocean, our lakes are just as inviting. I love to camp with my friends and family up North and one of my personal goals is to travel the world and go on as many mission trips as I can.
We have found it very lucrative to own a vacation rental here in the Phoenix valley. Many travelers rent a short term rentals for more than just vacationing. While the Phoenix metro area has a lot to offer such as the Barrett Jackson car show, many types of sports games and training, our weather is the perfect vacation destination spot.

I have worked with many Realtors and I can honestly say that Marcelle is the best. When a tough call needs to be made, you know she is putting you, her client, first. That may sound like common sense, but not every agent does that. She is not an agent I would want working on the other side of the transaction! She is relentless when it comes to getting you the best deal or getting you the most money from your sale, and she knows real estate inside and out - that is the kind of agent you want working for you when making one of the biggest purchases / sales of your life. I would highly recommend hiring
