Ghetto and unprofessional. The property manager Salina is the worst, she thinks she can talk to people like they're her children. The property was dirty the apartment in itself would have been amazing if it was kept up and not coated with paint over dirt and food. Find a different property to rent from if you can!

I have been in one of their properties for 15 months. It is an old building but the maintenance team was responsive to any problem that I needed addressed. I completed my initial lease and went to a month to month. They decided to raise the rent 35% with 1 month notice! There have been no renovations or improvements at all so there is no value with a $340 increase. They gave me the lame excuse of that "is what everybody else is doing. It's the people moving from CA." Bull****! I decided to leave because I can but I feel for those not able to move and stuck with a pure money grab

I saw a video of how they treated and talked to a friend of mine in the office, cussing him out. All he wanted was his leaking roof fixed and has been waiting almost a month with no response. I have the worst anxiety just watching the video and how they treated him. I feel horrible for my friend and how he must feel. I don't even live there, but can tell that they are the typ of people to get mad when they don't have answers, and they way she cussed at him was just jaw dropping. Blond older lady. And the other lady was a brunette with a tattoo on her arm. Horrible people.

I wish there was a negative star rating. We were in contact with an agent to rent a unit on one of their properties and everything was great. Another property manager took over and it went down hill. They were waiting for a call from our landlord and stated that my landlord wasn't answering emails or phone calls. My landlord never got any calls nor emails. In fact, my landlord called and emailed the property manager with no response. We called because everything on my end was done, which I even received an email saying that it was, now they still need to speak to the landlord even though the

It's alright, just don't expect to get a dime of your security deposit back if you do rent through them. [Expect to owe, they charge you high dollar for anything.] Had to wait a whole year until they finally replaced the broken toilet. They were prompt with every other issue so that's a plus. Not the WORST place to rent from but certainly there's a lot better places to throw your money away at.

Sundial has been an absolute joy to work with. I was looking for an apartment and found one very quickly on their website. It was a good price in a decent area. I put in the application and heard back in a very timely manner once I provided all the necessary paper work. It was amazing due to how crazy the rental market currently is. I would look at apartments in the morning and they'd be gone by the afternoon so I'm very happy I was able to secure one as quick as I did. If I could give a no star I would . Diana was the worst person to deal with does not return Phone calls .. Over 30 days and I have not received my deposit back yet!! I finally got to Diana and she got so angry because I asked for proof that they mailed it . She said "you people" do not pick up your mail its probably in the mail box . I asked for a copy of the receipt that they mailed it. She said I am not going to get up and dig through the papers now call back at the end of the day they will have it for you . I don't like the raciest comment of being called YOU PEOPLE!

Julie and Diana are both wildly disrespectful and unprofessional. The two are arguably the worst women I've ever dealt with. They are totally unwilling to help, blame the tenant for everything, and refuse to fix major issues. I unfortunately inherited this company after my landlord switched agencies. It has been nothing but nightmares since. Stay far away, trust me.

The property manager Sundail hired... Hailey... is the laziest most vacation taking woman I ever known to call themselves a working employee. Every time I called her, she would lie! We are grown! The first 3 weeks in my apartment I went with no WiFi. She kept telling me I can have WiFi but when Cox came out, the building had NO HOOK UPS! Every time I would complain to her, she told me no one else has this problem. I asked me neighbors... THEY ALL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM! Now there are 4 cable wires around my door. The owner Diana is extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried to let them know someone went inside a vacant apartment and called to let them know. This person was also creeping by in their car taking random pictures at the same time as children walking to the bus stop. How are parents suppose to know it was Diana (the owner of this company) ??????? When she was called and advised of our concerns she was very rude, yelled, and then hung up. A person by the name of Brady called and tried to explain to him the same thing and he was just as rude. I feel sorry for whoever rents from this company

I am not even sure where to begin with the terrible land lord Courtney. On move in day, the house was an absolute mess. The doors were broken, the AC unit was broken, there were broken windows, trash in the house, the electrical system was broken, refridgerator was full of mold, yard full of trash, and Courtney refused to fix any of it until we threatened to sue. I moved in a year ago to a unit in Scottsdale. I was breaking an old lease and needed to find a place ASAP. I came across the property, contacted sundial to view it, and I believe I put my deposit down that day not knowing if I would be out of my old lease or not by the deadline. Julie with Sundial was super helpful and patient with me considering there were many others wanting to lease the same property. She also has a quick response when communicating which is always nice.

Hey Phoenicians...your 2nd amendment rights will be violated when you rent from this company. They are illegally watching and monitoring their tenants. If you or your family members have any kind of personal or social issues, do not rent from Sundial. They will creep up into your personal life and fill the jails. No joke! At your own risk public.

Mindy Mindy Mindy, where do I start... well to keep it short and simple, went to go see a property by 26th place and mcdowell TWICE in different days.. neither times was there a key in the lockbox. Even after Mindy told me there was going to be a key in the lockbox the first time around. Come to find out the second time i went the lockbox was empty again. Receptionist (if you would call her that) was very rude and every time I called couldn't get me through to Mindy. I would not recommend renting from any Sundial real estate, they just dont seem to want to repair anything Dan was the Maintenance man he would add additional stuff on to the work orders after you would sign & Diana would tack on stuff as well so there would be 3 different hand writings after signed. Also if you do rent from them just make sure you are persistent with repairs it took two years to get toilets, they would wobble and then leak just terrible customer service all around.

Currently living at the pacifica apartments. Just put my 30 day notice in. My "emergency maintenance" number goes to the property managers number. But she never answers her phone. Emergencies happen on weekends also!!! My apartment has been without water since Friday 2/1/19. I called the emergency number three times without a reply. I just called corporate but their hours are also Monday thru Friday. Let me make this very clear. I have never rented from Sun Dial. I was actually declined to move into one of their residents because of low credit. Upon posting my last review they sent me an email with an article about how they could sue me for deformation. (See attached images) Sun Dial also publically brought up my low credit score in their response to my review. Which is ironically deformation on their end. She was rude & disrespectful to me even before I was a resident, honestly that red flag should have been enough for me to turn around, but on 6/8/17 I submitted an application with my $20 application fee. Wendy texted me later that day to tell me that my credit report was showing I owed money to MEB, a former property management company I rented from. This is the worst place we have ever lived. We have a list of issues two pages long. The air conditioner didn't work the first 5 days. After the ceiling leak and windows flooded, it took 16 days for someone to check. After the shower flooded the closet and made the wall entirely soggy beginning what seems like mold, we finally are getting out of this unsafe, horribly run place. We have stayed in a house with their administration for 2 years, we have never passed a day on payments. We have maintained the frontyard and backyard, I would consider us as good renter. We have never had problems with previous renter companies.

The issue is they send us $3,550 final bill after we leave the house. They were lieing and exaggerating the items. They have bille $1900 only for painting
