I have been going here for years when it was run by Dr. Rill. I went there to get my dog’s rabies shots updated. All I needed was two rabies shots and two kennel cough shots. Over $800 later I only got one dog vaccinated. My other dog they started running unnecessary tests on for heart worm and Lyme disease although he was already on heart worm medication and I specifically said he didn’t need the test. They then told me my dog had Lyme disease but those tests are inaccurate and often come up positive, I know this because of another dog that I went through the same thing with. When I told them

The seven valleys staff from doctors to technicians have all done a tremendous job over the years working with my cats. Everyone who works there are incredibly nice, compassionate, and caring to the animals. They always do a great job in answering any questions I have, and have always gone the extra mile in helping my cats. They all are fabulous people and I can’t say enough good things about them.

If your looking for a vet, DO NOT go here. They are ignorant, unprofessional and take your money for no reason. We had our dog there for just a regular visit (mind you, our dog has been to multiple different vets, the groomers, and we’ve never had any problems like this) they stated they could not proceed with the exam because of his “anxiety”…… WHAT. Oh and they can’t refund us. Nice. Just save yourself money, time and your sanity and go somewhere else.
Oh! And, my husband took our dog to get his nails trimmed right after, and guess what, no problems there

I had not been here for awhile. My cat does not do well with any vet service, he is so scared and gets very violent. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Holloway and her staff..... they were so kind and gentle, and positive to all. (me included!) I was so impressed. I won't feel so hesitant to come the next time. I just fell in love with everyone there.

Brought my dog in cause she was bleeding bad from a cut nail and they saw her right away stopped the bleeding and sent me home with some powder to stop bleeding for no charge. The staff was extremely helpful and caring! I recommend this place to anyone who might be looking for a place to take there pet!

I am so upset It was the hardest time for me and my husband to go through We had to say goodbye to our family member dog Mushu 13 years old He possibly had cancer We were looking for the right place to do it and at the end decided to go with the Clinic Seven ValleysVet .Since they know him already Everything looked professional and stuff calm and explaining but the most that upset me that in Covid times most doctors offices let 2 parents in the room or at least make an exemption for this procedure like that I asked because it is really important for us to be there with him We are both vaccinated

We have been taking our pets there for 30+ years and loved the care we received, but since the practice was sold a couple years ago, it has been HORRIBLE! They're only open Tuesday-Friday, and until 6 PM. The prices have gone up tremendously and the quality of care and professionalism has plummeted. The health of my animals is no longer their number one priority 😢.

$500 for basic blood labs just to see if my dog would be healthy enough for the dog version of ibuprofen....when my dog didn’t have any other issues to think that she wouldn’t be unhealthy. Very steep cost. Can’t walk out of here with simple problems spending less than $300-400. Unfortunately, left the practice and go elsewhere and am very happy. My dog needed surgery, cysts removed and the new vet only charged $500 for the entire surgery plus meds....same cost just for blood work here.

My cat had a non-emergency medical problem on a Saturday. I contacted them through their web page. I received a fast response and she was seen on Tuesday at a time convenient for me. We were kept informed of the diagnoses and all costs were preapproved by us. Our cat is doing great

Pricing is on the higher side. After today’s appointment very dissatisfied, especially because flea and tick medicine was put on my cat without permission. Asking would have been preferred before doing so, because now I will have to keep my cat in her crate to keep her separated from my 1 y-old, who loves playing with her furry playmate. First round of vaccines have now been denied twice, $400 later. Lack of transparency, would not recommend.

I am not complaining of quality, because I do think the vet is extremely thorough and qualified in what she/they do. My only complaint was price. My older lab has worsening skin issues and this place was right up the road, so I figured why not bring her here. After spending ~$370 on just the check up and meds alone (consisting of a cone, saline… solution for ears, bathing cleanser and 14 day antibiotics), I couldn't afford the necessary blood, urine or skin sample for the clinic to figure out what the deeper-rooted issue was. This visit was 2 months ago and obviously her symptoms are back

This veterinary hospital is amazing ... I own a very complicated Newfoundland with many health issues, Dr Diehl has put many hours and work to help ease the pain and cure what a well known specialty clinic in Philadelphia could not. The vet tech Jess has a heart of gold and has an amazing bond with animals. Kelly who manages a very busy front desk will manage your needs with amazing speed and cares as deeply as the rest of the staff. Thanks is never enough when this team goes to work to mange the care of your forever fur family member.......
