First time using Carpet MD. Mitch and Dylan were very professional, patient, and attentive to my questions and expectations concerning pet stains and odors. Their service restored our carpet including several problem areas to new-like appearance, with no further pet odors. Chris from Carpet MD was amazing! Right on time, incredibly kind, and explained the cleaning process and charges very clearly. Fair pricing and just a delight to work with. I am a single woman so it can be intimidating to have a man I don’t know coming into my home but Chris was very respectful and professional and I felt totally safe with him being there. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
