I’m losing sleep over this transaction. My fiancé and I went in to look at wedding sets and were greeted by a very nice gentleman that helped us get exactly what she wanted. The initial encounter was great. However, when our order was ready, I received two phone calls from two different people within five minutes of each other. Seemed a little desperate. The customer experience at Guven’s is second to none! When you walk into the large store you are greeted immediately. I searched online prior to going into the store. I was referred to Chris @ Guven. I knew exactly what setting I wanted for my engagement ring. It took Chris maybe 5 minutes to find my setting and they were able to set my diamond from my old setting to new setting in about 15 minutes! Could not be happier! Purchased $1500 Diamond earrings - but the box they put the earrings in made it look like I purchased the earrings from a kiosk in the mall smh!! Please purchase or invest in quality boxes...it matters!!

Our second experience was even better than the first. When we decided to move our date up she wanted to go back and pick my band from the same place she got hers. I had a white gold band made from another piece of old jewelry and gave them a simple design to make out of it. I absolutely love my ring. Price was very reasonable. I went back months later, today, and bought another piece of jewelry. Great quality and the kindest people.

The Guven family offers the best service, advice and quality at great price point. Sure, you can go to the mall and work with someone with weeks of experience. This was our first experience with Guven's. I just recently got engaged and my ring was a full size and a half too large. They resized my ring in 45 minutes and it looks good as new. Very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands. I will be recommending to friends.

I bought my engagement ring and wedding band here. Undoubtedly, the best price and best service anyone could ask for. This is a family run business that takes pride in everything they sell. So worth the trip to Buford to save hundreds if not thousands of dollars!!

Guven Fine jewelry is located in the incredibly retail dense Mall of Georgia complex. It's kind of close to Costco, and really close to other jewelry stores ironically.

Ambience:
Quiet, friendly, spacious and clean. Everything you'd want in a jewelry store when perusing the goods. And there are a lot of goods! Their selection borders on astonishing. Much bigger selection than you can hope to find inside a mall jewelry store.

Value for money:
I fully expect to be nickel-and-dimed for services at a big jewelry store. Delightfully, this

They downsized my silver ring for $20. I'm from California and I was being quoted $40 there.
They had it ready in 15 minutes, the staff was very cordial, and they have a large collection of jewelry. I had a chance to look around and their pieces are gorgeous! They are also kid-friendly which makes the experience 10x less stressful.

I purchased my wife a 1.5 carat ring for our 10 year anniversary from the Guvens. I was given an excellent deal and everyone is extremely professional and nice. I have since gone back to have other jewelry repaired and ended up purchasing charms for my wife while we were there.

They make you feel very at home and do not pressure anyone to buy. We will definitely only be shopping for jewelry and having jewelry repaired at Guvens for life!
