Joseph created an incredible custom wedding band to match my grandmother's engagement ring and it is flawless - he took the time to explain the process thoroughly, quoted us a fair and accurate price that didn't differ on our final bill, and repaired wear on the original engagement ring as well. My family went to Joseph's father, Armen for years, and I trusted no other jeweler except Joseph for making my wedding bands. He custom designed several bands for me and they are STUNNING. I especially love when I go in with an "idea" of what I want and Jenny helps me go through the books and we order several so I can choose from them when they arrive! Jenny is lovely, very sweet and patient!

My Bolova watch needed small crystals to replace ones that had fallen out on the rim and band so I visited the repair shop near my home. Joseph did a phenomenal job not only securing the small crystals that he didn't have in stock, but also replacing the battery and watch face. I was very impressed with their service - worth the wait!

I stopped in today to get the metal strap of my new watch adjusted. The staff were kind and able to help me with exactly what I wanted in less than ten minutes. I wanted three custom rings designed and Joseph did a spectacular job! My mother and I came into the store to give Joseph the diamonds we wanted to use and to show him pictures of the design I wanted. After the passing of my pet, I contacted Joseph to see if he could make a custom ring that housed some of my pets ashes along with a personal engraved message to memorialize the life of my furry friend. I explained to him the emblems I wanted on the ring and the birthstone of my pet to be accented on the ring. Joseph customized the ring perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Wow what a great experience. I was looking for a antique amethyst engagement ring and Joseph had an incredible ring he obtained from an estate sale. I came in to Armen & Joseph for a watch repair and left highly impressed. Sometimes when I go into a jewelry store, I feel a hint of arrogance in the air. Not here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the staff was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. These folks are awesome. I've been buying my jewelry from them for 30 years. Bought my wife's engagement ring, later a ring guard for her engagement ring, and lately a gorgeous diamond cross necklace for her birthday. There's no reason to look anywhere else.
