Thomas is the Security Officer and Market Manager for the Main Office branch. He is a Graduate School of Banking at LSU alum and has been with the Bank of Bartlett since 2011. Thomas specializes in establishing and building relationships within the community. John is the market manager for our Collierville location.

I would give the location on Austin Peay ZERO stars if possible. This place is a joke. It took them 8 DAYS. EIGHT DAYS. To approve or deny an auto loan application. They gave us the run around the entire time. Also, don’t believe when they say they’ll call you back within a certain time period because they definitely WILL NOT.

I have been doing my banking at Raleigh branch for 20yrs. and the tellers have always been polite, but don't take out a loan. Personal I have had both a home mortgage and auto loans that were nothing but problems. After paying off my auto loan I have been waiting nearly two months for my title and when I went in to speak with the loan officer he couldn't even find my account! I had to go home and dig through files to find the original loan paperwork.
