They understand they can charge fees at every payment and are not scared to do so. Get a smaller business that does not charge fees at every turn. For example, I have my insurance with Claudette Robbins and the staff is just as friendly and responsive and they do not charge fees at every turn. Find a smaller agent who looks out for you not themselves!
