During this uncertain time, Eastern Carolina Insurance remains open and ready to help during normal business hours. In an effort to remain fully staffed and as functional for you - our client - as possible we ask you to minimize unnecessary direct personal contact personally and professionally. That said, we encourage you to limit your visits to our offices.

Fortunately, we have the technology to handle all of your insurance needs remotely. We can accept payments over the phone, report claims, and even issue policies without you ever leaving the comfort and safety of your home. As you know, this is not the way we prefer to do business as we love to see our clients face-to-face, but during these times we all need to make smart choices.

What is auto insurance? Auto insurance protects you against financial loss if you have an accident. It is a contract between you and the insurance company. You agree to pay the premium and the insurance company agrees to pay your losses as defined in your policy. Liability coverage pays for your legal responsibility to others for bodily injury or property damage.
As a business owner, you need the same kinds of insurance coverages for the car you use in your business as you do for a car used for personal travel -- liability, collision and comprehensive, medical payments (known as personal injury protection in some states) and coverage for uninsured motorists.
Because everyone's needs are not the same, it is best to consult your agent to help assess your needs and find the insurance policy that is right for you. What is Homeowners insurance? Homeowners insurance provides financial protection against disasters. A standard policy insures the home itself and the things you keep in it.
There are many kinds of life insurance, but they generally fall into two categories: term insurance and permanent insurance. Term insurance is designed to meet temporary needs. It provides protection for a specific period of time (the "term") and generally pays a benefit only if you die during the term.
Why do you need insurance for your motorcycle? You'll enjoy being out on the open road even more when you're not worried about the safety of yourself, your passengers or your investment. If you're in an accident or your motorcycle is stolen, it costs money, often a lot of money, to fix or replace it.

I've never had any issues here and I've been getting my insurance here for years. Their prices are pretty amazing and the staff is super nice. You can't currently go inside thankfully but they are very quick to come greet you outside.
