When you want to take your event to another level, we will bring our awesome Food Truck and serve your guests on the spot. We can serve our famous BBQ Menu or our signature specialty items such as Loaded Por Que (pulled pork) or Bully (brisket) Fries, and Street Tacos. We travel throughout the Midlands of SC area every day.
Sweet Heat can be served on just about any food you prepare. Beef, Pork, Chicken, Fish, even on Salads with Ranch or Blue Cheese. It is sweet when you taste it and heats up a little when it reaches the back of your mouth. Our Spice Rub will be available this Fall. It can be used on any Meat or Fish, Vegetables, In Casseroles, in Soups, Devilled Eggs, and much more!

We will be happy to help you with your beverage service. We will discuss your needs and if you prefer, we can place your order for you. We can handle the pickup and return of your alcohol for a minimal fee. The client will be responsible for paying for the alcohol separately, if the event location does not have the required licenses to sell alcohol.
