More often than not, the valet trash guys do not pickup or even check my trash. I’m having to leave my old trash outside of my apartment door for days at a time until they decide to check the entire complex and not just some peoples doors and have to go without a trash can in my apartment.

ZERO STARS. The last four weeks, there has been no trash pick up on Sunday (they already don't come Fri/Sat), but we we still paying for this over time. Also, during the entire week of Snovid, there was ZERO reimbursement for zero services during that entire week. Why are you getting paid for no services? This is a scam and absolutely ridiculous that you are ripping people off this much. I have also seen them going through trash at the dumpster, but apparently they are just "cleaning up". ..... Not from what it looked like to me.
