I was very impressed. I made an appointment a week ahead of time. Smiley called the day before to verify that I was ready and he also gave me 15 minutes notice that he was on his way. When I heard a known on the door, I was surprised to be greeted. He introduced himself and his helper. He also wiped his feet before coming into my place.
Our junk removal services make it easier for most types of homes and businesses no matter what type and size. Our services include merchandise removals such as mattresses, couches, refrigerators, and more. We also specialize in office clean-outs including office chairs, desks, monitors, computers, printers, and copiers.

We used Smiley’s for a massive clean out/clean up at our home and all I can say is WOW! Spencer and crew went above and beyond for us from start to finish. Prompt, courteous, and well-equipped to load it all. Made it so easy for us and pricing was more than fair. Love the company’s mission statement to keep as much as possible out of landfills. I will continue to recommend you guys to everyone!

These guys were great to work with. I really liked their website because it gave me all the info I needed in terms of what they pick up, a price to expect, and some of the things they do with the items removed. I used the website to get an estimate and received a reply within minutes. The two guys who came to pick up the built-ins we needed hauled away were personable, communicative, and quick. All around a really positive experience, and I will be calling them again whenever I need a service like this! Highly recommend.

I want to give a shout out to Smiley's for helping remove what was left of my golf cart after a fire. They were there the next day, on time and were very helpful. Very good price and they took the time to clean up the site as well! 5 stars. Highly recommend them.

They came out and gave us an estimate. The next morning, they removed all the items discussed and sent me a picture of the property once it was cleaned up. When they sent me the bill, it was less than agreed upon. What more can I say? Prompt and courteous, quick and reliable, did exactly what they said they would, and it cost less than they said it would. I highly recommend them for your disposal needs and I would definitely use them again!!!

I contacted Smiley's today and they were so quick and prompt in their response! They were able to come to my apartment to pick up 5 items, including a mattress, within 3 hours of me contacting them. The crew was professional and great people. They removed everything within 10 minutes which was so worth the price. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting anything hauled away.
