We were referred to Katy by our Financial Planner, who said she was the best in the business for estate planning. He was absolutely right. From start to finish, Katy was patient, thorough, professional - and every other superlative you want to throw out there. We knew next to nothing about POA's, trusts, and other important estate planning terms going into this, but Katy got us up to speed quickly and gave us time and space to work through and make some important decisions, even after our initial call. She even made the signing process painless. Can't recommend her enough.

I cannot say enough about how great Katy is to work with. In an era where customer service skills seem practically dead - Katy is a rock star. I sent her a message in the evening with a timely request, she called me very quickly, and within minutes had taken care of answering my questions and sending the documents I needed. She makes everything easy - from the first session I had with her to draft my will, to this follow-up call many years later, Katy delivers excellent service and is incredibly knowledgeable.
