I am not entirely clear why people seem to think that professionals are creatures with magical powers. Likely too much television I suppose. Attorneys are supposed to be intelligent, skilled, and remarkable in the practice of law. Eric Kinsman is all three. I went into this with expectations and not a single one of those expectations were unrealistic or misguided in any way. Eric is my attorney and no matter what, at the end of the day it is the judge that has the final say. My situation was beyond ridiculous. There were enough mitigating circumstances and details to write a novel. Every step along

Eric is a great attorney. He told me straight up what my husband was facing and did not sugar code it. It was nice to have honesty at a time like that. He listened to what we wanted and tried to get it and succeeded. Not all cases are the same but he will defend your case til the end with no judgment. Thank you Eric!! Well you did represent me and my experience is I wasted $1,500 AS WELL. A same individual had the same charges as me, a DUI. my probation officer told me that I received a harsher sentence than a person who had a court appointed attorney and at a prior DUI. This was my first guy and like I said I received a harsher sentence than a person who had 2 dui. I do not understand why because it looks like he has good reviews, but I will never hire this attorney again because of my experience. Thanks for wasting my money
