Services
Since 1950, Cochrane Ventilation has been working with New England's leading businesses, non-profit institutions, and leaders in healthcare, to manage their indoor environments. Cochrane Ventilation can assist you with managing your indoor air environment. We offer a host of integrated services from HVAC cleaning, robotic imaging, air handler unit maintenance and restoration, kitchen exhaust maintenance and specialty ventilation system cleaning.
Kitchen maintenance and fire prevention is an ever-changing industry. A proper kitchen maintenance program should be aimed at keeping your kitchen clean and free from all potential fire hazards. This program should begin at the appliances where grease is produced, and include all components of the hood and ductwork system to where the effluent exits the building.
Cleaning of HVAC systems has been a Cochrane Ventilation specialty for over 30 years. From the move to using HEPA equipped vacuums to national standards and guidelines, the industry has changed significantly. Cochrane Ventilation has been at the forefront of that change, driving quality cleaning and verification techniques and helping develop national and international standards.
Indoor air quality is a broad and complex issue involving thermal comfort, overall air quality, occupant activities and a host of other variables. Cochrane Ventilation has been evaluating, resolving and managing Indoor Air Quality issues for over 30 years. Our experience and knowledge can help with cost effective solutions.
With ever increasing regulation and oversight, Cochrane Ventilation will work with you to provide accurate reports compatible with the Joint Commission Standards for Fire Damper Testing, Kitchen Exhaust Maintenance, and Fire Stopping.
Healthcare is a unique environment and while many companies have experience in duct cleaning, fire damper testing, kitchen exhaust cleaning and other services, they don't necessarily have the skills required to perform these services in a healthcare setting.Cochrane Ventilation has been providing these services to the healthcare industry for over 40 years.

They did a great job cleaning the hoods, but don’t be surprised to find things missing when you come in the next morning. IE cell phone charges, and when you are trying to run your business from the kitchen your fully charged phone is a necessity. My loss, their gain. Won’t be using these small time thieves again. Did they think it would be noticed?
