Hands down the best experience I've had with a mortgage broker. Rod was very helpful and responsive to our loan needs and got us a great interest rate. In fact, he gave us a choice of loan programs and counseled us on which seemed to best meet our needs. Moreover, Rod was the only person that was even willing to try and help us with a loan during a period of self-employment, and this was truly appreciated. I would not hesitate for a second to work with Rod again when the need arises.

I called Rod to ask a few questions regarding investment properties and he was so informative. He really took the time to speak with me on options and different loans without constantly asking to check my credit. He even gave me some referrals to reach out to.
