Pulling over immediately will set the foundation for a positive interaction with the officer. Once stopped, roll down your window all the way. I have never written a review before because I have never felt the need until being lucky enough to be represented by Mr. Damianakos! I was facing a handful of felony charges with previous felony convictions already on my record, without giving Mr. Damianakos much to work with I was fortunate enough to walk away without serving a second in jail on top of having all charges reduced! If it weren’t for this man I know in my heart I would’ve had to serve the YEARS in prison I was facing and thanks to him I am a FREE Man Able to carry on without ever needing to look over my shoulder. I would highly recommend Elias Damianakos for your legal needs. Our son was wrongfully arrested by the over zealous University of Arizona Police Department. Not only were the charges dropped, but he followed up and got the charges sealed so that THEIR desire to make their bones did not follow him around for the rest of his life. I hope that I will never need Elias again, but wouldn't hesitate to call him or refer to him anyone in need of assistance.
