Very unprofessional facility, I needed help for severe pain so I could get my MRI scan, they were arguing with other staff members to do there jobs. I have goog insurance, and there is no reason why they couldn't help me. I felt like I was a nobody. Luckily I got through my MRI test after talking three breaks to get scan done. This all happened on May 20, 2019 at 3:15 PM. I got a copy of a CD for image, and today my chiropractor told me I had a herniated disc in my neck. I'm still in severe pain, I'm going to go to St. Louis. People please think about another hospital.

On Sunday 12/23/18 we took my mother in-law to the ER. We thought she was having a stroke. She was sent home less than two hours from being checked in. We were told there was nothing wrong with her that she was just dehydrated. My mother in-law has a medical history of brain aneurysm and previous stroke. SO this isn't our first time dealing with the symptoms she was showing. We know we have to act fast. When we questioned why they were not contacting SLU and or a neurologist they just said "why would they" well according to the hospital website this hospital is a "Emergent Stroke Ready Hospital
