The Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) is the nation's premier standards development and credentialing organization for residential energy efficiency retrofit work. New Jersey's Clean Energy Program is a statewide program that offers financial incentives, programs and services for New Jersey residents, business owners and local governments to help them save energy, money and the environment.
We evaluate your home thoroughly, using state of the art testing equipment. The results of the test are put into an advanced computer program to create a customized report just for your home. The report will show if your home needs insulation or air sealing, updated heating & cooling equipment, and confirm whether or not health and or safety issues exist, and more.
Air leakage occurs when outside air enters and conditioned air leaves your house through cracks and openings. During cold or windy weather, too much air may enter the house. When it's warmer and less windy, not enough air may enter, which can result in poor indoor air quality. Air leakage also contributes to moisture problems that can affect occupants' health and the structure's durability.

The IHCG are professionals with assessment and installation. Add in the current NJ rebate offering and it is a great deal for any homeowner looking to replace his/her heating and AC systems. Highly recommend calling for an assessment. My utilities bills are much lower now that I have high efficiency systems and improved insulation. I only wished that I called them a few years earlier.

Starting with our first meeting with our rep Michael we were so impressed with his friendly and caring demeanor. He listened to our needs and made suggestions to fit our pocketbook and answered all our questions. The owner is equally trustworthy and made us feel totally confident in their company. We are totally happy, more than satisfied with the workmanship and comparing our bills from last year are saving a lot of money on our air and heating bills. I had a new water heater installed along with the expandable foam and additional insulation that is part of the Energy Saver Program. Everyone of the installers were absolutely the BEST! They were very… friendly, nice, answered my questions and did what was necessary to complete the job correctly. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone.
