I rented through NorCal Property Management this past year. They were always responsive to my requests for assistance and maintenance. The property was well maintained, and the staff adhered to CDC guidelines during COVID instituting virtual property inspections. Once you are set up through the online portal, working with NorCal property is easy.

David has been my property manager for 7 years now. Crazy how the time flies when everything goes so smoothly! He rents my house out in Morgan Hill. He got it rented in under 2 weeks and I have had the same low maintenance tenants for the past 5 years. David is a very professional and conscientious property manager. He takes care of everything for my properties, from repair issues to finding good quality tenants to sending payments and accounting information on time every month. If anything ever comes up, he addresses it and resolves it to my satisfaction very quickly. Highly recommended if you have rental properties- he deals with everything that used to give me headaches!

Well, it's been about a month since we started moving in (3/1) and about a week since actually started sleeping in the house we rented from NorCal Property Management, but so far David has been nothing but responsive, helpful, and fast... The house we're renting has a few issues that need to be addressed since the previous tenets did not have them repaired before they left, but it's getting done. Once I let David know what needed to be repaired he was on it fast. He made a few calls and that same day maintenance people were notified and appointments were made.
