My experience after finding Dr Gilbert Lee was outstanding. His quality of work was so on point of what my desires of my procedure were going to be. His ideas and choices of options for what I was looking for was amazing. He was very caring and thorough throughout the procedure.I was really impressed by his ideas on my pre op appointment. On my post op recovery he personally called me to see how I was doing and answered all my questions that I wanted to know. His staff is wonderful helpful and so kind. If your looking for a great plastic surgeon Dr Gilbert Lee is the the doctor to of choice.

There are not enough words to describe the incredible experience I have had with Dr. Rossi and his team - specifically with Haley. I went in for a consultation for a labiaplasty, and after doing some research I decided to go ahead with Dr. Rossi. From the initial consultation, to the surgery and the post care treatment, I would recommend Dr. Rossi to everyone. Not only is he incredibly skilled, he is detail-oriented, attentive to what women want, and truly cares about his patients. I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure and the results are phenomenal.

Horrible !! Wouldn't recommend coming here. Spent $1200 on liquid Rhino. They falsely advertise on their website, the picture they show is more than likely a traditional under the knife nose job. My nose still looks the same. Didn't bother to check back in two weeks like the nurse was supposed too. The $75 deposit didn't go towards my procedure like they said it would....

Tammy is the BEST!!!! I got emsculpt done and got my abs back yay! After having three kids I felt like I would never get my abs back. The whole staff is friendly. I have three kids under three. It was so nice to have an hour get away, doing something for myself and being around such kind people. I will definitely be coming back. They offer so many different things and Tammy looks out for her patients. I could go somewhere else but I really trust Tammy. Highly recommend the emsculpt.

I have been working with Chanee with regards to my hyperpigmentation, she is amazing! Being 50 and enjoying the sun a little too much when I was young , I knew it was time to make a change. Chanee has done wonders with my skin tone and my age spots! She recommended the ZO Peel and omg, amazing! I get so many compliments.
The shop is clean, people are really nice and they offer many different options.

Dr. Rossi is absolutely amazing. You will not find a more compassionate and competent plastic surgeon. He's a true leader in his field with innovative techniques to truly enhance a natural, beautiful look. The staff at Changes Plastic Surgery, including Dr. Rossi's nurse and surgical coordinator, are equally wonderful. The entire process from booking the consultation all the way through post-surgical follow-up is seamless and easy. I had a consultation with Dr. Rossi for a breast lift and a possible implant and while I haven’t scheduled the appointment yet I am one thousand percent confident in what he will do, he spent a lengthy amount of time with my during my consult to tell me about himself and to get to know me as well. He took his time going over 3D imaging of the possible outcomes I could expect from different procedures. He is very confident in his work but also listened to what I would prefer for my body rather then just assuming and busting out a price. I am so happy I was referred to him and look forward to booking

Katie Moran the nurse injector is by far the best injector I have ever had. She's done my lips and I literally get comments how good they look and if they are natural or not weekly. Her technique is so good I will never see anyone else. I'm not new to filler or injectables but even if you are she is so good and makes you feel so comfortable and would never oversell you something you don't need. Do yourself a favor and see her you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful office, clean and very friendly receptionist. I highly recommend Katie Moran who has been my go to gal for fillers, lasers and Dysport going on four years now! She is conservative in her approach to recommendations which I appreciate and I trust her judgement. She is highly skilled and is truly passionate about aesthetics! I came to Changes Plastic Surgery because the previous medical spa I went to overfilled my tear trough, misplaced the filler, and left my under eyes looking lumpy. I was nervous to have the filler dissolved and refilled but Dr. Rossi and Katie made me feel so comfortable and reassured me every step of the way.

Visited Changes for the first time and couldn't be happier with the staff from reception to Jodi to Dr. Lee. Everyone was extremely professional and I didn't feel like a number or that they were pushing anything unnecessary on me. Jodi is amazing at what she does and her way of looking at your opportunities and fixing them was exceptional. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Lee is great at what he does! I had a rare problem with temporal arteries bulging excessively - I called several doctors (up to eight) in the San Diego area, and none would take me as a patient - because they had no experience with this type of issue nor were they willing to give it a shot.
After visiting Dr. Lee, he accepted me as a patient (and the challenge). He performed an 'uncommon' surgical procedure, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I've got my social life back!

My whole life growing up my eyelid folds were not symmetrical. I had one monolid and the other had a fold but was not consistent. Do not go here for a consultation unless you ABSOLUTELY know you will be getting a SURGERY procedure done. I paid the $150-$200 (I can't remember exactly how much) consultation fee for a procedure, which I was okay with paying because they told me it would be applied to the procedure of my choice.
Well I decided to not go ahead with my rhinoplasty, but had decided to get a laser or chemical peel instead. When I called for prices, the receptionist told me that I could NOT apply my consultation fee towards a laser or chemical peel.

Dr. Lee and his entire staff was great. Not only is Dr. Lee a fantastic surgeon and doctor, but he and his entire staff care about you from beginning to end. I'm thrilled with the outcome from my procedures, but I had such a high level of comfort and trust in him and his office during my entire recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee for any procedure!
