Bartram Lakes is designed with each of these elements in mind to provide you the best in senior living. Our goal is to help you see your transition to Assisted Living as the beginning of an active and exciting life. We know you are unique - which is why our staff believes in building deep relationships to understand and cater to your needs and preferences.
At Bartram Lakes we have a passion for food. We see dining as an enjoyable social experience that promotes health and wellness. Each day, our residents will enjoy three delicious meals, prepared from scratch, by our Executive Chef in our elegant dining and bistro areas. Residents at Bartram Lakes are not constrained to assigned meal times.
Brooks Rehabilitation has proudly served our community for more than 50 years and opened our assisted living and memory care locations in 2015 to address the needs of our senior population Jacksonville. Our approach to assisted living honors our Residents' dignity and independence while also providing necessary oversight, care and socialization.
Bartram Lakes has Residents of all different ages and clinical needs. We have residents ranging from early 60s to over 100 years of age. Some Residents may not need help with any of their Activities of Daily Living, while others may need help with some or all. Additionally, some Residents may need help managing their daily medications.
Respite care for seniors is a short-term stay at an assisted living or memory care community ranging from one week to three months. Respite care is a wonderful option if your loved one is recovering from a hospital stay, needs care while the primary caregiver takes an extended vacation, or for a trial run of the assisted living/memory care community.
