I found Morgan on the MLS and felt compelled to call him as he seemed very familiar with an area that I was prospecting an investment property in. There's no one better than Morgan! He helped our daughter buy a house last year that was just perfect in every way - location, size, features, cost. He started the process by interviewing and surveying our daughter, as well as my husband and myself, about what we wanted in a home. He then used that information to narrow down the enormous field of possible houses in our area. We looked at only a few other properties before we knew we'd found the perfect home for our daughter.
