These businesses, often referred to as "Main Street" businesses, are mainly entrepreneurial in nature, or family owned, and typically are sold or purchased for less than $1 million dollars.
For businesses that exceed Main Street value, usually referred to as "Middle Market", our group is uniquely capable of calling upon and joining forces with those in our organization that are highly qualified and experienced with these types of transactions. Mr. DiNeno is also the Founder of The EnterDine Group and has owned, operated and developed restaurants in 22 states since 1987.

When considering a business purchase, various opportunities are available to the buyer. The options include purchasing an existing business with its existing assets, existing brand, and existing real estate. A buyer could also start up a new business, building it from the ground up. The new start up would require the buyer to acquire assets, real estate, and develop the brand.
