As a family owned and operated business, we understand the importance of creating a beautiful outdoor space to connect with loved ones, laugh with friends, and relax. Panther City Arbor & Patio was started by Fort Worth native, Dustin Hillman, and Phoenix raised, Chelsy Hillman. Dustin is a graduate of Southwest High School and also received a Bachelors in Business Administration from Tarleton State University.
Chelsy graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences. Dustin has been connected to the outdoors from the beginning. He started and managed a landscaping and yard maintenance company throughout high school and college. In 2006, he landed a large construction project in Possum Kingdom which began his transition to outdoor construction.

At Panther City Arbor & Patio, we really get to know our customers. When you choose to build with us, you get your own project developer who will get to know you, your goals, and your style, and will oversee your entire outdoor living project, from start to finish. Panther City is a nickname for our beloved city of Fort Worth and we claim this city proudly! The origin of the nickname actually dates back to 1875, a time when the rivalry between Dallas and Fort Worth was just as strong as it is today. A column was published in the Dallas Daily Herald reporting that Fort Worth was such a sleepy town, nobody seemed to notice a giant panther roaming the streets of downtown.
No one enjoys the gorgeous weather in Texas more than Panther City Arbor and Patio, and we have found one of the best ways to help homeowners like you fully appreciate it. We design and build outdoor kitchen all over the area so that the members of our community can enjoy the great outdoors just like we do.
We all know how unpredictable and inconvenient changing weather conditions can be, but that should not prevent you from spending time in your new patio or outdoor living space. Dustin and his crew did a great job! We had an old railroad tie retaining wall that was partially torn down and needed to be replaced with a new wall that would last a long time, be aesthetically pleasing, and be cost effective. Dustin came to the property and gave us a competitive bid. His crew was able to start work right away and very quickly they tore down the existing wall and built the new one. They were easy to get a hold of and as they made progress, they kept us in the loop by sending us photos of the job. There were no change orders and no unforeseen expenses and that was very important

I had the opportunity to photograph multiple projects that Panther City Arbor & Patio worked on, and I was impressed! Each location was unique on its own - from luxurious backyard resort style getaways, to really cool backyard hangout spots! I would love to have by backyard spiced up by these guys! Great work!

Panther City is EXCELLENT. They transformed our plain backyard into a beautiful one. We love the extra space our new patio provides us and the tile they put down is gorgeous. We are the envy of our neighborhood. They covered up the metal posts on our wooden fence and it looks 100% better. They matched the cedar stain perfectly to the existing fence. Dustin and his entire crew are wonderful. Highly recommend Panther City. You won’t be disappointed. Their showroom is a wonderful first impression and it only gets better from there.

We are a GC company from Dallas. We have loyal customers who moved to the Arlington area and therefore we looked to hire a local and reputable company to fulfill this project. I am literally stunned at how incredible the work and rapid response that Panther has been to our clients who had a tree fall through their outdoor living space. Because of Panther, our clients will be able to enjoy their Thanksgiving with no interruption. They are absolutely incredible!!!

Panther City Patio Covers did an amazing job on a pergola and pavilion for our backyard. They were professional and took care of all aspects of the job and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Marc of Panther City was so kind and easy to work with and… was always professional and courteous. Dustin was awesome !!! He came right out when we called. I interviewed 4 companies and Dustin was the last guy I talked to and I just knew when I was talking to him in my home that he was going to be my guy. Fantastic job !!! No complaints whatsoever. My calls we answered or returned promptly. Excellent communication. The crews came in did their thing everyone was great and excellent clean up !!!! I’ve given two of my friends Panther City’s info !!! I’m a contractor myself and I was throughly impressed with Panther City. I love my grill and new patio !!!

Great company! Dustin added on a covered patio, pergola and outdoor kitchen for us. Our experience was fantastic. Dustin is honest, dependable and knowledgeable. We would work with him again for any future projects. We highly recommend him. I would also recommend going by his showroom before making any material or appliance selections. It was great to be able to compare the stain colors side by side and actually see appliance and stonework options. The showroom is absolutely worth the trip!
