They pick up my van eight minutes away from the shop and I told them if they can drop it 20 minutes away from Where The van was On Saturday 9 o’clock in the morning and they told me know they will have to bring it to the shop I’m waiting till Monday to make decisions Now they charge me $135 to keep the van where I don’t want to I had to pay $575.71 total They’re bunch of rip off I asked them how much will they charge me to driving over to where I wanted to and they want to $$250 meanwhile I’ve just Pay somebody else $150 brought it over

This company is unscrupulous. They tow one of our trailer that was perfectly working and was in involve in an accident. But yet still they make it look like it was in an accident and magically manage to rack up the bill to $2907.16 in one hour of labour. Their business need to be revoke and the owner send prison for the interest of public. Below is copy of their trump up charges. As a public service announcement, avoid this company by all means.

Got in an accident late at night, and needed a tow and repair. Called them and they came over immediately, towed the car and took it to their shop. Owner is an amiable, and more importantly, very professional. He would call with updates, was always available when I needed to contact him, and promptly returned any missed calls. Car looked like new when I got it back. I would recommend them to anyone. From the moment they showed up to the accident they immediately put me at ease, which was appreciated, and they followed through on everything they said they would do.

This is the most unreliable tow company I have ever used before. I called for a tow service at 11AM and they said someone is being sent over right away. I then call a half an hour later to check the status of my tow and they told me they just received another call, and need to take that job first because it's closer (likely a more profitable job). Two hours later, no truck or word from the HR Towing. I called multiple times, no answer. Thanks to them, I was very late for work. Please avoid this unprofessional company at all costs.
