Upon arrival, older gentleman was very rude from the start Introduced my name first, and he completely ignored me. Cash only I understand. After the tow to the mechanic, he did not respect the request of the shop to simply just wait 1 minute to back my dead car into an open spot before driving away. Don't even bother calling them for snow removal. I called them a couple of years ago and they told me they didn't do snow removal but gave me the name of someone to call. I did use that person, but the price was through the roof the first year and then he raised it the second year. We had one little snow and it cost me $1500 since they work on a seasonal contract and you pay up front. I noticed this year that Fagan was advertising snow removal so I figured they must now be providing the service themselves. I called and asked if they were doing snow removal, the guy said yes, said

My boyfriend and I got stuck on the highway because my belt broke and steering wheel locked Yesterday, mind u it was a Sunday 5pm no other tow companies were available but he was ! And he was there in 10 mins! great service and nice guy would definitely recommend this company if u need a tow

I was stuck late at night and they came out to get my car to my mechanic. He came in a nice newer model tow truck and told me from the sound of it the repair shouldn't be that bad (expensive). He was right the mechanic returned it shortly after a minor repair. He made an otherwise crappy night much better. Thank you Fagan's!

Wish I could give a 0 here. Extremely high price and horrible attitude.
My car was towed by driver Sean. I understand that my parking time exceeded 2 hours. What I can not understand is that he charged me $325 for 0.4 mile tow distances. CASH ONLY. He must assume everyone carries that much cash anytime.
When I was calling my friends for help, I found driver Sean was following and watching us !!! I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable as I was followed and watched by a stranger. But he might enjoy it I guess. Then I called him, he said he saw us not going to ATM for cash, so he would go home immediately

Hahh, if I can give it 0 star, I will definitely do it. This is my first time to write so negative reviews. Very rude workers. Fees undisclosed. No paperwork set at all.
