Micah came out to the house to replace both overhead doors and installed a new motor. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He explained everything he was replacing and some modifications that were necessary. When the installation was complete, Micah programmed the keypads, the Homelink buttons in both vehicles, and explained some helpful tips to common technical issues. If you’re looking for a company to install your over doors, don’t hesitate to consider Viking Overhead. Their prices are fair, and the quality of installation is second to none. I would absolutely use them again

Late review but wanted to give Viking Overhead their due props. Was looking for a modern black garage door earlier this year and decided to check out Viking Overhead due to their good reviews. I was not disappointed. Kyle’s communication was great throughout the process and answered all my questions. Micah came out and installed it and I was very pleased, very professional and knowledgeable. Garage door turned out great! It’s been about 9 months and I’ve had no issues, still get compliments on it! Thanks again Viking Overhead!

After being without a working garage door for a week I finally broke down and searched for a repairman. I came across glowing recommendations for Viking Overhead on my local Facebook group. Needless to say I was not disappointed. I contacted the company at 7:15am on a Friday, and had Eric here by 10am. He had all the necessary parts on his truck, and my garage door was better than new by 1:00pm. I would rate them 6 stars if I could! Micah did such a great job on the two garage doors we had replaced. His attitude and willingness to make sure the job was 100% right meant a lot to my wife and me. Professional, punctual, and very competent. Had both garage doors serviced. Nathan arrived on time and gave a courtesy call prior to arriving. He communicated clearly and explained all work to be performed. I've had garage doors serviced in the past by different company. I felt Nathan with Viking Overhead went above and beyond making sure my garage doors were serviced correctly.

I am extremely pleased. Eric called 30 minutes before arriving. He was so polite, so professional and so knowledgable. He said the door needed a some hinges replaced, everything else was fine. He repaired, lubricated and inspected it thoroughly. He then programmed and installed a keypad outside on the doorframe for me, and the bill for everything was less than $200. Another company had came out earlier today and insisted my door could not be repaired. Their least expensive door started at $1040 and that was without windows like I have now or insulation. I highly recommend Viking
