Our platform is unique in that it focuses on key result areas of each hotel. Our involvement with our managers is intense as we engage with them daily and maintain hands-on relationships. We provide them with procedures, tools, and techniques to grow revenue, enhance guest satisfaction, gain market share, and improve quality.
Our sales program begins with strong leadership, starting with the involvement of the general manager and a well-trained director of sales. To produce result driven marketing plans, we analyze demand in the market, assess the competition, review prior year results, and market segment mix. Based on this analysis, the sales team follows an ideal selling schedule to meet requirements of their productivity in both transient and group sales.
We understand the importance of restaurant and catering operation very well. We operate full service hotel free standing restaurants and manage complex dining facilities, including fine dining and large catering events. Our Food and Beverage plan includes concept design, menu engineering, service training, recipe specifications, inventory management, kitchen and table service operations, and profitability.
We focus on all elements of hospitality accounting; policies and procedures, budgeting, cost controls, cash management, reporting, and financial analysis. We work with property level leadership to prepare budgets and forecasts, audit revenue, and provide cost control guidelines. Our centralized accounting is based on the AH&LA Uniform System of Accounting for hotels with appropriate chart of accounts, operating budgets, and cash flow guidelines.
