I enjoyed a wonderful weekend with my sister-in-law laughing so hard round rounding up the cattle in the morning got the baby calf back to her mama it was a wonderful morning good exercise thanks so much April you did a wonderful job I enjoyed every kolache and coffees thanks a bunch

I cannot say enough good things about Twin Oaks Ranch and Callisto Culinary. We hired Callisto for three events for our wedding in January as well as stayed at Twin Oaks Ranch during the wedding weekend. The food Callisto created for our events was INCREDIBLE. It is such high quality and the experience they provide for events at Twin Oaks was so special. Not to mention Twin Oaks itself is beautiful - we loved sitting on the sunny porch and watching the horses. Highly recommend to anyone for a getaway!

Twin Oaks Ranch /Callisto Culinary is truly the place where troubles melt like lemon drops! Very accessible and easy place to check in and out of. Owners Craig and April Pierson have thought of every detail over and beyond the normal. Absolutely nothing has been overlooked! The ranch cottage has very cozy ranch vibe with full kitchen, eat inside or outside tables, large master bedroom, full bath plus half bath, lots of space for kids to sleep in upstairs loft area, laundry facilities inside master bath. This a first class music and food venue! Amazing invited musicians enjoy using the special sound system and acoustics, and entertaining a small crowd in a lovely rural setting. The outstanding chefs (formerly of Uchi) prepare and serve absolutely scrumptious food. 8 miles south of Schulenberg, easily reached via HWY 77/I 10. Czech them out!

We had a small wedding in mid November at Twin Oaks, and the weekend was phenomenal! My husband stayed at the guest house Friday evening, and we stayed there Saturday after our reception. The house was impeccable, and there were so many personal touches that made us feel so welcome. April and Craig were amazing hosts, and everything we needed was taken care of.

Me and the hubby went for a mini-moon, and it was incredible! The cows and horses were a real joy to watch on the wrap around porch sitting on the porch swing. The house was incredibly well appointed and well organized, and April was just a text away when we needed anything. She responded very quickly, and we had absolutely everything we needed.

Wish we could have stayed here forever. This is how we want to live. Enjoying coffee on the front porch swing while cows and horses amble by, walking through the woods and countryside and building up an appetite for Callisto’s incredible dinners. The family who runs the ranch wants make your stay enjoyable and provide everything to ensure that happens. We love Twin Oaks. ♥️
