My husband and I were married on December 11th, 2021 at the Oaks. We were the couple who had the Christmas themed wedding. The owners allowed us on the premises an entire day early so we could get our dream… wedding decorated. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The entire weekend Rob, Simon and the crew made sure everything went as planned. To say we had the best wedding venue is an understatement. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful venue with a large and unique Oak near the indoor venue. On-site cabins are great for bridal parties and groomsmen. As a guest to a wedding at this venue, I appreciated how close everything was. Indoor venue included a seating area with plenty of gorgeous tables, an open dance area, a bar that opens to the outdoor seating where the bride and groom decided to have a bouncy castle and food truck. Peacocks that live on the grounds attended the ceremony also and near the cabins some goats and a bull were hanging out. An elegant and unique venue that sits in Schulenburg, Texas.

We had a great experience at the Oaks at High Hill. The venue is very nice and well-suited for wedding receptions. There are many options for organizing tables and decorations to accommodate wedding receptions of all sizes and preferences. The owner Rob was very polite and professional and went out of his way to make everything run smoothly. … There are bridesmaids and groomsmen cabins on-site that provide great space for wedding day prep and hanging out. The venue has great contacts and references for vendors such as caterers, DJs, photographers, etc.

Very Nice! Great location. Staff was very attentive.They have the coolest tree to get married in front of! They have a deer that will come eat out of your hand. Also they have peacocks. I didnt get the best pic of them. My picture of the patio area, doesn't do this place justice.

I attended a spectacular wedding here. The place is beautiful! There were cows and horses and peacocks and deer. The staff were SO nice, and we got a little roudy. I don't think this was from the venue, but there were these two small donkeys carrying saddle bags full of cold beer. There's a bridal suite, and a grooms house, and a honey moon suite. It was a very nice wedding venue.

Absolutely beautiful. We just had my sons wedding here, we arrived on Thursday and stayed until Sunday. Having the option of staying on site was a life saver!! Anything we needed the venue staff was right there helping us. Our guest from out of town were absolutely amazed with how beautiful the location was. Highly recommend

My son and daughter-in- law just married here a few weeks ago. We arrived on Thursday and stayed until Sunday. The venue was absolutely beautiful. Every staff member we came in contact with was super helpful, professional and friendly. The on-site cabins were fantastic way to stay while enjoying the wedding weekend.

Clarissa and Rob are the most amazing people! I searched and searched for the perfect wedding venue and the second I met both of them and was able to see their future plans (at the time) I was immediately ready… to book. The Oaks at High Hill is absolutely stunning, the sunset is breathtaking, and the space is perfect. The two of them could not have possibly done a better job designing the venue. They also have the most amazing vendors. I fully recommend this venue, Clarissa and Rob, and any vendor they recommend! I will forever be a huge fan of this place.

Such a beautiful place to get married!! The grooms cottage was ready to go with fishing poles, coffee, adult beverages delivered, deer sausage, and a friendly deer and a potbelly pig with a mind all of its own! Fishing was great and I even showed up to get married on time!!! Thanks you Rob and Clarissa!

This venue has everything, and it's absolutely gorgeous inside and out!! Clarissa and Rob were absolutely a joy to work with. Great, down to earth people.
