Paul is the only realtor we will use. He was instrumental in helping us move our investment portfolio out of state. Not only did he help us selll our properties, but he also connected us with professionals to assist in purchasing replacements. He helped us navigate the complexities of 1031 exchanges and made sure we closed on time to comply with those timing restrictions. He deeply cares about his clients and will do whatever it takes to make each transaction go smoothly. That says a lot in this crazy market!

I wish I could choose more than 5 stars!
I feel so fortunate to have found this gem of a person. I needed to be talked off of the ledge more than once and Paul was right there to help! This whole experience could have been really overwhelming, but with Paul he made us feel like he was there with us

We've known Paul sense 2014 when he sold us our home in Loomis. We called him on the listing last minute, we didn't have an appointment and he just got out of the hospital from a bike accident and could barely walk. Paul met us, showed us the house and negotiated on our behalf to get us the best price AND he was also the sellers agent, as if he didn't have enough to deal with.
