We have been working with Radame at Fira IT Services for many years and they have always provided top notch service! They are more like family to the company than anything. Just yesterday we called because our front desk computer was getting very slow and not even an hour later, Luciano was here and was able to get the computer back to lightning fast speed within 15 minutes! BEWARE! TOTAL SCAM!!
We hired this company to come extend our wifi throughout the house after interviewing multiple companies to solve this problem. Fidel and his team assured us that this is something they could resolve with no issues. After diagnosis, we were informed that a new router at an additional cost would need to be installed which would resolve the issue of the signal not reaching the entire house. They installed the router to extend the signal and upon completion of the work the system still wasn't improved. They did come back once and after reevaluating the system, we were told
