My Lenovo laptop was on it's way out. The mouse was starting to fail and the monitor was having severe issues. I was trying to make it through one last business trip, but it just wasn't going to last. In desperation, I searched for Lenovo dealers in Las Vegas and found Agilitec.
Not only were they extremely responsive, they were able to get a replacement laptop for me and have my hard drive transferred over in one day (my Lenovo dealer at home typically needed weeks to get a new laptop ordered and delivered).
