Reliant Healthcare is an independent medical practice established in 2012 by Dr. Jennifer Clamme to serve the communities of east central Indiana. After serving the Upland community for several years, Dr. Clamme decided to return to her hometown of Hartford City, IN. As an independent physician, her focus is on providing quality personal medical care.

Dr. Clamme also provides care to patients requiring admission at IU Health Blackford Hospital and area nursing homes. Dr. Clamme is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine as an internal medicine physician. She graduated from Taylor University and Indiana University School of Medicine.
