Prior to receiving our services, each client will be thoroughly assessed and evaluated to formulate a plan of care under the approval of your primary health care provider or physician. A highly skilled RN case manager will assess your requirements. From this assessment, we'll have a well-defined plan of care.
New Horizons Home Healthcare is the preferred agency in our served communities because we are staffed with exceptional and extraordinary caregivers who all enjoy a great compensation package. The Starting Pay is $9.50 an hour or Minimum Wage or higher. After 90-days, it is $10.00 an hour. After one year, the rate is $11.00 an hour.

Our Aides receive continuing on-site and convenient on-line training to maintain their State Certification. The subject matter in the on-line training is well thought out and extremely helpful for those Aides who wish to pursue careers as an LPN or RN. New Horizons believes a well trained Aide is better Aide.
