My papaw has only been there 5 days and when we came to visit him he was brought to tears and stated coming here was a mistake. His roommate tested positive for COVID and no one had been in to clean the room or bathroom for hours. There was a tiny sign that said "airborne" precautions on the door and the door was wide open. We spoke with social services to see if we could take him home, but there was no one present to medically clear him. After speaking with her, we brought to her attention that the room had yet to be clean which she said it should have been done that morning and we had to repeatedly

Not a good place to work for. I've worked there multiple times and since working in the home health division the worst experience I've ever encountered with a company and with them you never know what kind of mood you're going to get with the supervisor they lie to you try to change your time or teach you out of your time or cheat you out of your PTO hours being cashed out if I could give zero Stars I would...

This place is a JOKE! My grandfather stays in this place the call “a nursing home” they are rude and hateful to all the residents who stay there. It takes them Over 30 mins to get to the room to see/ help the people there and every time I’ve went to see my grandfather i see a lot of call lights and the nurses there standing around talking about what they are doing when their off or what they have done. I don’t recommend putting your loved ones In that place..

Whatever you do, do not trust anyone’s well being or personal information to what appears to be an incompetent insurance racket. People have lost lives and lost livelihoods, I’m confident justice will be served but until then move your family members or find new jobs. Don’t become Hillview’s next victim

As a past worker I would say dont work for them. I cant speak for the nursing home, but the home care dept is terrible. They are rude to workers and customers. They have too many clients and not enough workers. There is a high turn over rate due to mistreatment of workers. They leave houses unattended often. If you need something from them they are incredibly rude. A ton of attitude. I would not reccomend using them or working for them. Not a good trustworthy company.

Everyone at Hillview was exceptional in the care of my beloved husband. The nurses were wonderful to him & treated him like he was special. Every time I talked to him he mentioned how good everyone was to him. I highly recommend Hillview to anyone needing nursing care, or rehab, for a family member.

Social worker Melanie is awesome. Jamie a female lpn is so great! DON is good Most the CNAs are awesome. .But, in past ..alot..when I've asked the lpn /med nurse taking care of my nanny for anything..whether labs,to speak to her, or about any new orders. just any questions..it doesn't get done and or they act like I'm being intrusive and are just disrespectful ...there's one LPN that spends more time smoking outside than working ..Everytime I call.." oh she's smoking" ..My grandmother is patient there. I have to advocate for her. A few weeks ago I asked if they could order BMP/CMP...this lab showed

I had always heard this was a great place, but it was not. My family member was not changed so often that a catheter had to be used to allow sores heal. When we asked about showers, antibiotics that were ordered we were always assure they would do that. Two days at first of stay without antibiotics, two baths in entire stay of several weeks. Horrible!
