Jessica and her team did a great job helping us sell our rental properties. We had multiple properties and were ready to retire from it. I honestly went with Jessica based merely on her transparency. I was a first time home buyer and honestly had run ins with what I would call some shady realtors and bankers, who were only interested in making a profit. Jessica was very honest about a property the first time I ever contacted her and she had never met me.
