Whether you're a first-time buyer or looking to purchase as an investment, the process of buying a home can be overwhelming. Based on interest rates, you may be wondering if the ideal time to buy is now or what the process entails. There are many important factors to consider when buying a property.
Purchasing a property is most likely the biggest financial decision you will ever make. Whether this is your first purchase or you are an experienced buyer, this decision must be made carefully. Property ownership is an excellent investment; whether you are looking for your dream home, a rental property, or to expand your investment portfolio.
So you have decided to sell your property. Before anything else, it is a good idea to sit down and clarify your motivations and draw up a basic time frame for the selling process. Why do you want to sell your property? Do you intend to simply find a larger property, or do you plan on moving to another neighborhood, school district, city or state?
A Green File should contain all of your important financial documents. Regardless of the loan type, lenders will need information about you. Make copies of financial statements; bank accounts, investments, credit cards, auto loans, recent pay stubs and two years' tax returns. Below you will find the contact information for the 3 major credit reporting agencies to help you determine your credit rating.

First they let me view a house that still had things form the previous tendent, was not in a good shape. I went a head and applied and got approved. I asked the agent if they cleaned it out, patched the hole that’s in the wall and fixed the leak. He answered and said that they cleaned it and fixed the leak but was not going to paint nor fix the hole. I asked if they’re will to go down on the deposit. The answer was no. Hmm so he’s expecting someone to move in a house and have to fix it up. He proceeded to tell me that if he does it he’s going to take the rent up $100. I just don’t understand
