I reached out to get a roof inspected after multiple calls and text messages I finally got a text message asking me what’s the address and name for the inspection I provided the information the never got a answer back for appointment I called and texted multiple times afterwards never got a call back or text message I was completely ignored I lost a whole week with this guy and got no where now I have look for another inspector and wait for appointment don’t bother with this person you just going to waste your time

I hired Charlie Reiman to provide my home inspection during my property purchase in the Cooperstown area. Charlie was very knowledgeable and thorough providing an exceptional inspection report. In addition, he was very kind, patient, and willing to explain every finding, as well as make some regular home owner suggestions. Not being from the area, I was very thankful to have worked with Charlie, and for all of his helpful recommendations. He was willing to help me navigate solutions to any findings, which couldn’t have been more appreciated being from another part of the state. I was very happy
