I will increase the rating when they get rid of the staff. They are the only thing wrong with the place. Ever since my grandma was even interested in this property they haven’t been that helpful at all. Then the fact that they make 55+ old people walk all the way down to the parking garage to throw away recycling, instead of a recycling containers in their garbage room, makes zero sense either. Otherwise the place is beautiful, and clean. For what these seniors have to pay, they should at least have a friendly and accommodating staff. I don’t live there but I had to help my grandmother with

Nice and quiet, great apartment love living here, but the parking situation still an issue. I work late shifts and when I come home all the available parking is taken, I’m on a list to get an assigned parking spot that will cost me an additional $100 and I don’t mind paying it since I enjoy living here
I just hope I don’t get evicted for writing this review. I don’t know what I’m going to do when I come home and there is no parking...HELP

Amazing property. They have a lot of amenities for everyone to keep busy. The staff is very friendly and outgoing, especially the assistant, Kathy. She always has a smile on her face and stops what she is doing to help whoever is at the door. I have ran into her a few times outside in the lobby when I am visiting with my parents and she is always friendly and says hello. I always hear her say "Have a nice day" She is very friendly. The maintenance tram is amazing and have explained and walked through what they have done on a work request my parent put in. They always smile and they care. Amazing

The new manager is so inconsiderate of the residents. She always shoos them away, and she is not nice at all. She also smokes constantly behind the b building where my mother lives, when she came she was told it was smoke free.... my mom really misses the old manager Peggy. So sad to see this place go down.... everyone of moms neighbors used to love living here, but ever since this new manager, everyone is looking to move away..... please fix this manager or bring back the old!!! :(

This place is fantastic! My Mom lives here now and she could not be happier. Peggy, the manager is incredibly kind with a marvelous sense of humor! I am delighted to have my mother living in a brand new building with modern decor and amenities. She feels safe and enjoys the comradery of all the community gathers. There is a theatre and the Mill Creek Senior Center is now downstairs. Who could ask for anything more?
