3 year update: im assuming there is new management, you used to be able to park anywhere on property as long as you had a tag - still love this complex, but their parking is absolutely insane now. I pay for a 3 bedroom apartment, and we have 3 cars. There is TONS of guest parking all over the complex, and if you dare park your car there they will tow you. There is no reason for so much guest parking, when there are a lot of people who PAY to live here and can’t park here. They have you sign up for a parking permit saying you can park on grounds but that parking permit does absolutely nothing

I lived here for about 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. Life was a bit hectic when I was moving in and the office team was beyond helpful and courteous. They even hosted a couple gatherings in my time here and it was nice to get to meet them on a more "personal" level, as well as many of my neighbors! Due to recent events, I have had to move and during my moving process any questions or concerns that I had were easily answered in terms that I could understand. If I am back in the area again any time soon, I will definitely be looking for another apartment here!

Renters beware! You will not get your deposit back. They charge approx $120. for cleaning, $80 for carpet, and the remaining $ to repaint if not there two years. EVEN IF YOU LEAVE IT SPOTLESS AND MOVE IN READY YOU PAY FOR IT ALL TO BE RE-DONE.
They should call it a fee, not a deposit. I imagine if it isn't left spotless they will bill you even more.
Parking is a nightmare too.

We lived here less than 1 year due to issues related to maintenance and most of our requests went unfilled. Staff were friendly and they went through a Management change just before we finally moved out. Even though we had pigeon infestation above our 3rd floor unit, 231-308 staff would mark our maintenance requests as "complete" when nothing had been done the entire length of time we lived there. We sent emails, took pictures, contacted the local housing agency etc. My husband even had to visit the Dr due to some sort of allergy from it. The issue appeared to be taken place in other buildings

So my friend lives here, he was telling me that this apartment is really good the management are very helpful, i saw the place and yea it’s nice clean but, they have this $400 referral then he referred his aunt if i’m not mistaken it was last summer, but until now he didn’t get that $400. which is sucks coz he always says good about this apartment.. i hope they’ll get that $400 that they said.

Not sure why the negative ratings...my time here has been amazing. The complex as a whole is immaculate. Always super tidy and clean, I see maintenance all the time making repairs and taking care of the property, which is awesome.
The staff is OUTSTANDING. I have interacted with Chris, Megan, and Heather and each of them has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home, from the time I first inquired about the property, to anytime I have a question as a resident. They're always smiling and more than willing to help out, again, outstanding!
