Hi my name is Ray Hengeveld and I started this company, not just to make money, but to help the customer as well. You see, I have worked in the HVAC business for over 28 years an I have worked for a lot of other companies in the area. While working with these other companies I have learned that customer service and quality work seems to go on the back burner for some reason.
This has always rubbed me the wrong way and I could not just sell to make the company money. I felt that the customers were always ignored or treated unfairly. I feel that the customer(s) should be well informed about their heating or cooling system and know what is going on.

Our #1 goal is to make sure that our customer(s) are satisfied and happy with their heating or cooling systems. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is responsible for implementing the R-22 refrigerant phase out for the United States. After 2020, any air conditioning or heat pump system using R-22 that requires servicing will have to depend on potentially expensive R-22 stockpiles or reclaimed refrigerant.

I received no freebie, as it is written from R&D Hengeveld in consideration for this review. I expect to pay a fair price for a fair service. When you call for help with air conditioning on a 90+ degree day, you expect prompt service. Mr. Hengeveld was at my home earlier than expected and a welcome sight. Mr. Hengeveld was competent in his assessment of the issue I was having. His estimate for the work was spot on. Mr. Hengeveld worked conservatively as to not run up the bill.
