While moving my chicken chest from the guest bedroom, one of the employees had an oops, he used my bathroom to clean up but left his soiled pants on my towel rack & decided to put on a pair of my 14yo daughter's sponge bob sweatpants he took from our laundry hamper. The other workers smelled like boiled beer + damp weed. Also the truck they showed up in was super loud like it had a hanging muffler - it was an orange truck with washed out lettering. Two stars 'cause the chickens were happy even though I was not

I purchased beautiful teak bedroom furniture from a FL retailer, and had it shipped to NJ. The retailer said that there would be some assembly of the platform bed; and also their shipping included only curbside drop off. So I hired Wayne Moving & Storage to pick up the furniture at the Secaucus depot, bring it to my home and assemble headboard and platform bed. The technicians were extremely skilled and did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient and pleasant. They really excelled; and I highly recommend them for any type of moving job.

Do NOT use this company. They didn't bring the right size truck so we had to make several trips. This made the moving day, which is stressful enough, even more stressful and about 2-3 hours longer than it should have been. The owner was extremely rude to me on the phone during the process and even cursed at me. He called and apologized the next day but it was too late. I would never use them again.

If I could give one star I would 3 year after using them I still look at damage to a brand new washer and dryer as well as bunk beds just plan awful- workers asked for beer from my cooler and over charged after the move was done when my husband gave them a small tip the one got in his face very hostile like he was going to hit him thank god my husband is a cop- they were all criminals!!!

My parents hired Wayne Moving and Storage to move them out of state in 2016. Me being in the real estate business and working with movers and recommending them in another state I thought I would ask the owner some questions beforehand. I asked if they used the same, experienced people for every job and I wanted to make sure they didn't hire anyone who wasn't experienced packing, etc. Well when the furniture, paintings, furnishings were delivered to their new retirement home many things were damaged to the point that they had to hire someone to do repairs.
