I have moved over ten times, some from state to state, and this was by far the best moving experience. Garrett could not be more helpful estimating the move and he and the moving crew stayed in touch with me every step of the way. The crew arrived on time and began working swiftly and efficiently. They could not have been more organized, respectful or polite!
Everything was inventoried and counted and the price quoted was the price I paid... no hidden or additional charges.
They stored my furniture (first month free!) and they continued to stay in touch.
I recommend Monroe to everyone!

Luis and his team are sincerely the best out there. Wow. It’s hard to find service like this. They wrapped everything up carefully. And placed everything in my new place without a scratch. Not to mention how polite and professional they are. Truly amazing experience. And to top it off, they helped rearranged and fixed a few small things in my new home. I’m impressed. They went way beyond my expectations!

I found this company by simply going to google. What a great find. Angel and Ronald were so wonderful. They were extremely punctual, quick working, professional, neat and friendly. They did a wonderful time practicing covid restrictions by wearing their masks the entire time. They were also so polite. Highly highly recommend.

I used Monroe Moving pro a while back. They will be the lowest quote you will find, but keep in mind this is strategy on their part to get in the door. After it's all said and done, add $2-300 more than the quote. Many upcharges, such as how much tape is used, to them charging you to put a tv in a box and then taking back the box. One of my tv stands had 3 pieces of glass. I wrapped them myself prior, but they won't take it unless they wrap themselves as it's a risk. So they charged me $60 extra to just put it in a box, and then took back the box. Same with TVs, they want

I am writing this negative review because this company is a rip off. I was charged over $1200 for a move within the same state!!!! Not even 30 minutes from my previous home. I was given an estimate of one price and ended up paying way over that amount which was not called for at all. The owner never contacted me to discuss my displeasure, but chose to charge me an additional $48 dollars for going over the 2 hours when it was the fault of his moving men that the elevator broke while they were using it. Excellent service, after a few days of unpacking my belongings and cleaning after moving into my new place, not one scratch was on any of my furniture and not one thing was broken, like my lamps. These people were fast and friendly and they did a great job, I will use them again whenever I need to move again or have a family member or friend that needs this kind of service, I was lucky to find these people, the last moving service I used was a nightmare, they we're extremely late and really unprofessional

I recently moved and was quite pleased with Monroe Moving Pro. Spoke with Zoly and Glenn both very helpful, informative and very reassuring during this stressful part of my life. Estimate was within my budget and had no extra costs.Tomas and his crew were very meticulous during my move. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
