We recently called Speedy Locksmith to get into our house. The locksmith that came spent approximately 10 minutes getting into our home. Drilled out and completely broke our front door lock and wanted $149.00 for his service. He insisted on us paying him via Venmo. When I called Speedy Locksmith to confirm that they take Venmo as a form of payment, he told me NO, only credit cards or cash.
The technician dispatched to our home was very persistent, calling us every ten minutes to get paid... telling us that he can't go to his next job until we pay him.

Not impressed!
I chose them because of their stellar reviews.
However the guy who shows up took off my locks, said he was going to the truck to rekey them- saying the machine was in the car& didn't come back for almost hour and half.
I've had locks rekeyed at least 7-8 times in past and no one has ever needed to go to the truck for more than 5 min
After 20 min I went down and he was no where to be found. I called and he said he was at the warehouse. What warehouse? Why?
He said he had to get a part. Unacceptable!
I called the manager and he tried to apologize & assure
