Well they just love to give you Large when you say small. I've been sick with covid and I ended up with a infected kidney. My wife don't eat it and how much can I eat still in recovery. The chow main was huge and under cooked because they just worried about screwing me. Cost 50 bucks i haven't been working. Totally disgusted with them there's alot of food and money wasted.
I will say at one time they where awesome but now they just screw me lately.

Always order from them, always good. last night my wife tried a new dish and she did not like it. I called them up and no questions asked they sent us over a nice order of Shrimp with Snow Peas and delivered it within 15 minutes. five stars from us. That is good business. always on point with fresh food and quick friendly delivery. best Chinese Takeout in our local area.

This place is 5 minutes away from me It took an hour and 15 minutes to get my order. I understandThey may be short driversBut you could have told me that when I orderedAnd the food was subpar I've had much better Chinese food at other takeout restaurant...Will not be going back thereI gave the driver a tip because I'm sure it wasn't his fault

I have ordered take-out from Hunan Palace in the past but this is the first time I ordered for delivery. As usual, the young woman taking the order was courteous and very helpful. I ordered Singapore Mai Fun which I requested just shrimp and green peppers as I no longer eat pork or chicken. I also ordered the Shrimp with Broccoli and an order of veggie rolls. She repeated the the order back, correct the first time. She already knew my address from previous visits. The food arrived, hot and delicious with a lot of shrimp, unlike some other places I've tried. The gentleman delivering the food was

I ordered from Hunan recently and accidentally didn't hear my phone go off when the delivery driver arrived. I didn't realize how quickly I'd get the food (which is so great!!!!) and felt so bad and called back when I realized. They were so nice about it and brought my food to me nice and hot and the delivery driver was so friendly. The food? Delicious. So worth the money and I am going to order again in the future.

No, No, No. ordered tonight because there literally is no good Chinese food anywhere that I have found. This place came up and got decent reviews. The rice is yellow, since when is Chinese rice yellow? The " duck " sauce was red like sweet and sour sauce. Didn't taste like duck either. Chicken fingers were stringy. The service was quick and the woman i dealt wirh was super sweet...the food on the other hand was terrible....the rangoons and chicken wings were fried as they should be but they both of those and the pork fried rice tasted like there was a bunch of dirt coins mixed in with them. The boneless spare ribs were either fatty or burned....This place was awesome like 15 years ago, but now its just plain gross.

I had a hard time finding this place on my GPS and was pretty surprised to walk in and see literally NO real restaurant in existence. It looked like a tiny run down place of business in a foreign country with one crappy table and two chairs. It's clearly for pickup only. I will say that fortunately we ordered for pickup and therefore had no expectations of a sit down dining experience (PHEW). Since this is the only Chinese place in the area, we were a little nervous that it would be terrible but the food was actually quite delicious - less greasy than the average Chinese order too. Will

Never been to the actual restaurant, but we've ordered takeout from Hunan Place at least a dozen times since moving here four months ago. Every time, our order has been 100% correct, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Anytime we've had special requests -- szechuan bean curd EXTRA spicy or shrimp lo mein without veggies -- they've been absolutely accomodating. The food is fresh and tasty and at my door in 30 minutes at MOST from when we order. Also very convenient that they will let you pay over the phone with a credit card. Can't say enough about this place -- delicious, fast
