Rock N' Coal Pizza

Ordered 4 Pizzas through door dash. Not one pizza was correct. They added spicey ham instead of hamburger (even put a not in that said "Hamburger not Ham" as this has happened before), pizzas were burnt, and one of the Pizzas had NO CHEESE (as in zero). It is too bad, because they used to be pretty good, but lately the food is either burnt, or undercooked. This was the last straw.

Love Rock N’ Coal! Great drinks and great food. Their wood-fired pizza is a must try! Sam at the bar also gives you the best experience!

Pick up your phone! Fix the online ordering! We like your food but staff/boss/owner needs to fix these issues!!

If you want waste 20 minutes to not even be acknowledged or served this is your place. We didn't get to eat so I can't rate that.

We come here almost every weekend after we close our nutrition club . Always great service. However today was by far the case! Today's waitress was one of the worst I have had in my whole life!!
The bar / restaurant was packed ( game day) . So we expected it to be busy. She took our order and said the kitchen is just a little behind . She NEVER returned and it took 1 15 mins when she returned with burnt pizza saying" well they burnt the other pizza so it will be longer to receive " . Been sitting for 23 minutes now… on a Monday night…no acknowledgement whatsoever. Understand being short staffed but to have no drink orders…nothing. Didn’t get to taste this pizza on our pizza crawl.

Way better than the house of pizza style reviewers aggregate would suggest. High heat coal-fired oven. Crispy AND tender crust. Sharp and generous cheese blend.

I'm a long time customer and get pizza from here nearly every week. I really wish it was more consistent. Sometimes it's 10 out of 10. Other times (like tonight) it isn't edible. It's like the normal cook is out and someone who never made pizza and doesn't know any of the recipes takes over. My Buffalo chicken pizza was floating in Buffalo sauce, to the point that it was saturated and transparent and impossible to pick up. How on earth a thin crust pizza comes out both burned and completely soggy is beyond me. I don't get the hype, but townies go absolutely nuts for it. Take your business just down the road to Blackhawk for a better pie. All Rock N' Coal has going for it is a cool atmosphere.

A comfortable and cozy sport bar and restaurant . The menu has an assortment of appetizers, burgers , and pizza . It gets crowded on sporting event nights . It has that hometown feel .

This place has 2 1/2 stars cuz they are terrible. Quality of food has gone downhill substantially. Food is too salty. Everything seems rushed.Often times my order is wrong even though I order it exactly as it is written on the menu. I've gotten burnt pizza before. I even messaged one time and they never replied to it. Dinan the service is really slow. I might consider trying the other location in the future not sure yet.

Tonight the Buffalo chicken pizza and the steak and cheese egg rolls were fire!

It was Music Bingo night so it was a little loud and hard to have a conversation but overall good fun atmosphere. Food on the other hand was not impressed with. Our appetizer came out with half our meal while we waited at least another 45 minutes for a burger.

I have traveled all over the USA and have tried all different styles of pizza.

To tell the truth it is really hard to find decent pizza.

Hearing so much about this place I thought I would try it.

OMG their pizza rocks! The only way to describe it is a combo of NY and Chicago thin style.

I Left a fantastic review here seven years ago. This place was the best around.

I have been here three times within the past three months. This place has gone downhill.Three weeks ago four of us arrived and placed a simple order of sandwiches. The waitress forgot one order and said she'd bring it right out. She disappeared. The order never came out. Once we tracked down another waitress the meal was taken off the bill. They apologized. Had the coal fired wings and the margarita pizza. The pizza wasn't bad, but the wings were more like a chicken wing soup.

Great pizza, great variety. New specials all the time. When we get back to in-person restaurants they had a great atmosphere for music and trivia. For now, they're awesome for takeout and post new items on their FB all the time.

We moved down this way 3-1/2 years ago and loved this restaurant but after 2 bad experiences are NOT impressed. We dined there about a month ago and the service was excellent, but food not good. For one ordered a chicken Caesar pizza - the lettuce on it was slimy. Another one of us ordered a hamburger specifying no cheese. It came out with cheese and when we mentioned it, it was brought back clearly flipped over hiding the fact the cheese was scraped off. Also the women's bathroom was visited and it was GROSS. Its a interesting place a bar/resteraunt. Now I'm not a drinker so I have gone for food. I have had the garlic parmesan burger. It was interesting to say the least the garlic paresean taste was there but the butter was a little strong. And could have used a little more fries. 14$
I also had the bistro burger and it was different also cause of the fried egg which I ended up wearing after the first bite. There definitly wasnt enough honey mustard on the burger either. I dont have burger with eggs so the egg stood out on the burger. Also not enough fries also. 13$
